How it works
- Charter adds 20 per cent to the hourly rate for positioning and empty returns on one-way trips.
- The jet card applies a premium for guaranteed availability and fixed rates, usually without positioning inside the core region.
- The fractional share combines a management fee per 50 hour share, an occupied hourly rate and the cost of the capital tied up in the share.
- Whole ownership adds fixed annual costs, direct operating cost per hour and 6 per cent depreciation per year. Charter income from the aircraft is not included.
