Charter Cost Estimator
Choose a departure, a destination and a cabin class. The estimator measures the great circle distance, adds a routing allowance and the time for taxi, climb and descent, and turns the flight time into an indicative price band.
How it works
- Distance is the great circle between the two airports, plus 5 per cent for airways and departure and arrival procedures.
- Flight time uses a typical cruise speed for the class and adds 20 minutes for taxi, climb and descent.
- The price band is flight time multiplied by the indicative hourly range for the class, autumn 2026, before VAT. Positioning, overnight crew, de-icing, catering and airport fees come on top and are listed below the result.
