NetJets now has a front door of its own in Las Vegas. The company has opened a newly built facility at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), developed with Signature Aviation and reserved for NetJets Owners, as it calls its customers. NetJets announced the opening on 20 October 2026; it is the first new-build project the two companies have developed together.

Why Las Vegas

Las Vegas is among the destinations NetJets Owners ask for most. According to the company, flight activity there has grown by nearly 45 per cent since 2022, adding up to almost 8,000 flights by the end of 2025, and since the start of 2026 demand has run nearly 30 per cent above the same period of the previous year. Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation, sums up the logic: "We invest where our Owners want to be." He names major sporting events, entertainment and luxury hospitality as the reasons for sharp peaks in Owner travel through the year.

Inside the terminal

The exclusive-use terminal measures 17,069 sq ft. Its contemporary design takes its cue from the desert landscape around the city. Inside are a private lounge, VIP conference rooms and a room set aside for families. A direct access gate to the Air Operations Area lets Owners drive to the aircraft and board without meeting commercial traffic or passing through shared terminal areas, and NetJets Service Representatives on site look after arrivals and departures.

Car access to the aircraft is one of the points our notes on what makes a great FBO look for, and it is worth asking about at any private terminal before you travel.

Hangars, ramp and a service hub

Behind the terminal sits the operational side. One hangar is dedicated to NetJets fleet operations; the second is operated by Executive Jet Management (EJM) and houses both NetJets and EJM aircraft under one roof. More than 250,000 sq ft of ramp offers space for about 25 aircraft.

The Service Hub works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year. Aircraft are detailed and stocked there before their missions, and technicians can carry out proactive maintenance on site. NetJets expects this to cut downtime for the large number of its aircraft flying in the western United States and to improve availability for Owners.

Tony Lefebvre, chief executive of Signature Aviation, speaks of a luxury facility focused on seamless operations, privacy and efficiency for guests at every stage of the journey.

Part of a wider network

Las Vegas is one piece of a broader programme across the NetJets network. It includes new and expanded facilities in Dallas, Texas, in West Palm Beach, Florida, and in Washington, D.C., all developed with Signature Aviation. The idea behind all of them is the same: fewer shared spaces between the car and the aircraft. Our explainer on what an FBO does covers how such terminals work, and the arrival checklist what to prepare before you get there.
